History
The current building is a re-development of a building originally from the end of the 1950’s, built for Renault. In those years it was the the most modern and biggest branch of the French carbuilder outside France. The property was completely re-developed and renovated in 2004 and 2005 by a joint-venture of DVM and Zadelhoff, two Amsterdam based real estate companies, in a high-quality manner and transformed to modern office space with possibilities of multifunctional use. During the re-development the old facade was replaced by a new and modern aluminum facade.

The “Renault Building” is prominently located along one of the exit roads from the Amsterdam City Center to the ring road A10. It is located only 200 meters away from Amstel Station, one of the most important stations in Amsterdam. The advantages of this location are visible voor tenants and their visitors daily: the accessibility is very good by car and public transport, combined with excellent parking possibilities in the property itself.
Distance to the A 10 ring road of Amsterdam is less than 2 kilometers. The City Center of Amsterdam is even closer and reachable by car or public transport within 5 to 10 minutes.
